“Get Running” — A Great App for New Runners!

I used to be one of the least athletic people on the planet!  Seriously… I couldn’t run for more than 30 seconds at a time!  I never worked out.  If you asked people who knew me to describe me, they would never have used the words “fit” or “athletic”.

The app “Get Running” (available for iOS and Android) changed all that!  I started using this program in May and because of the coaching of this app, my level of fitness improved dramatically and I actually got excited about running!  I went from barely being able to breathe while jogging for 30 seconds to running a 5K (3.1 miles) in just 9 weeks!

“Get Running” builds up your endurance in stages that alternate running and walking… and it works!  If you’re someone who has always wanted to be able to run a few miles at a time, but never thought it was possible, then this app is for you!
