I went running on Saturday after eating brunch and it felt pretty good.  It was a little chilly, so I wore long sleeves, but I realized half-way through the run that I really didn’t need them!  Running really warmed me up!
Anyway, I pushed it for the first couple miles and was going pretty fast (for me).  Then I started to feel pretty overheated and tired so I walked a couple of blocks in the middle of mile 3.  I ran home after that and walked a bit while I drank some water that I had stashed on my porch.  Then I continued to run for another mile before my cool-down walk.
Overall, I made pretty good time considering all the walking I did!  I was only one second slower than my fastest 5K… maybe next time I can beat it!
